This summer, July 13th-19th to be exact, we are going to partner with several other churches for a retreat/camp called Experience the Valley (ETV). I'm totally stoked for this year's retreat! There is a great speaker, great music, and tons of activities to lose yourself in (e.g., water skiing/tubing, white water rafting, a ropes course, and a bunch of other crazy games). This year's theme is "Come. Die. Live." The focus is on getting serious about following Christ. It is all about coming to him, laying down our old life, and learning to live this new life that only he can offer us.
Wherever you are in your walk with Christ, whether you are stumbling, know someone who is, or don't even know what that phrase is supposed to mean I would greatly encourage you to come with us this July. Bring a friend. Heck, it doesn't even matter if they know Christ yet or not, everyone is welcome. The cost is an all-inclusive $245, but you should start saving now because it's coming up fast. I need to know by June 22nd if you are going or not so I can register you at the lowest price possible. Hope to see you there!
